Who Is Eligible
If you (i) sold a home anywhere in the United States during the period of October 31, 2019 through July 22, 2025, (ii) listed it on a multiple listing service (MLS), and (iii) paid a commission to a real estate broker, you may qualify to submit a claim for compensation.

Note: If you sold a house through a real estate agent, it is very likely that your house was listed on a multiple listing service (MLS). Contact the Office and we will be happy to verify the listing.

If the property was purchased under your name, choose Individual Engagement Agreement.

If it was purchased under the name of an Entity like LLC, Corporation etc., choose the Entity Engagement Agreement.
