USDA-DFAP CLAIMS (CLOSED)
Important: Claim Submission Deadline is January 13, 2024
The USDA Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) is aimed at providing financial assistance in the form of monetary compensation to those who have faced discrimination in USDA farm loan programs prior to January 1, 2021. This program is a significant opportunity for farmers/ranchers (including people who intended/wanted to be a farmer/rancher but were unable to due to discriminatory denial of access USDA farm loan program) to submit a claim to obtain compensation for past grievances. The Firm is currently accepting clients to assist them with the evaluation, preparation, and filing of their USDA-DFAP claim on a contingency basis - meaning, you don’t pay us anything unless there is a recovery.

In this video, I am providing a brief summary of what this program is about. If after watching the video, you are interested in retaining our services, go to Step 2.
Step 2: Book a 5 minute Zoom Meeting + Request Engagement Agreement
We have kept 1/5(Friday) and 1/6(Saturday) completely open to accommodate as many people as we can.
