Who Qualifies:

You may have a claim if all of the following are true:

  1. Sold a home in United States during the eligible dates; and

  2. Property sold was listed on MLS: The property was listed on a Multiple Listing Service (MLS); and

  3. Brokerage Commission: Any real‑estate commission was paid to a brokerage at closing.

  4. Eligible Dates: : You sold a U.S. residential property on or after April 29, 2014 (the earliest start‑date used in any settlement) and on or before 17 Aug 2024 (or 23 Jul 2024 for Compass/Redfin/other broker settlements). Note: Actual eligibility date still depends on the specific MLS that carried your listing. Our office will review your MLS, sale date, and commission records and will notify you in writing whether your sale meets the final settlement criteria.
